TYB (Try Your Best) is our new community-powered rewards platform. It allows you to earn rewards not just for shopping, but for engaging with LAWLESS through challenges, referrals, feedback, and exclusive drops.

Our previous program was primarily points-for-purchase based. TYB expands earning beyond transactions, rewarding participation and community involvement.

If you have Lawless Love Points, they must be transferred using the unique link sent to the email address associated with your rewards account.

If you are new to LAWLESS Rewards:

Simply create a free TYB account and join the LAWLESS community within the app. Once inside, you’ll be able to start earning coins, track your tier status, and unlock rewards.

If you were a member of our previous rewards program:

You received a unique link via email (sent to the email address associated with your rewards account). This link will have guided you through creating your TYB account and transferring your existing Lawless Love Points. If you did not receive an email or have any issues transferring your points, please reach out to our team at support@lawlessbeauty.com.

Your tier is determined by two things:

1. Coins earned through engagement (activities inside TYB)
2. Lifetime spend on lawlessbeauty.com

Each tier unlocks a coin multiplier, which increases how quickly you earn coins moving forward.

Level 1: Silver

• Entry tier

• 1x coin multiplier (standard earning rate)

• No minimum coins required

• No minimum spend required

Level 2: Gold

• Requires 10,000 coins earned through engagement

• Requires $50 lifetime spend

• 1.5x coin multiplier (earn 50% more coins on eligible activities)

Level 3: Platinum

• Requires 30,000 coins earned through engagement

• Requires $100 lifetime spend

• 2x coin multiplier (earn coins twice as fast on eligible activities)

Higher tiers allow you to accumulate coins faster through boosted multipliers.

You can earn coins by:

• Shopping on Lawlessbeauty.com
• Completing weekly challenges
• Creating and sharing content
• Participating in early product moments
• Referring friends
  

Coins are earned through participation and activity within TYB.

You can redeem your coins in two ways:

Option 1: Redeem inside TYB

1. Navigate to your profile and the “coins” tab
   
2. Select the coins you’d like to convert to a discount code
   
3. Click “redeem"
   
4. Confirm redemption — you’ll receive a unique discount code.
   
5. Apply that code at checkout on lawlessbeauty.com.
   

Your redeemed reward will remain in your TYB account until used (subject to any listed expiration terms).

Option 2: Redeem directly on lawlessbeauty.com

1. Shop on lawlessbeauty.com and add eligible items to your cart.
   
2. At checkout, log into your TYB-linked account when prompted.
   
3. Select your available coin balance to apply toward your order.
   
4. Complete checkout.
   

Available rewards and coin balances can always be viewed in your TYB dashboard.

To redeem coins for a discount on lawlessbeauty.com, a minimum purchase of $50 is required. Discounts cannot be stacked, and bundles are not eligible for purchase with coin redemption.
